As a small kid growing up in New Jersey, my summers were contained at the Jersey Shore but my wild spirit traveled in books, with fantasies of foreign places such as Italy and Thailand…and even California.  Every place was an adventure. I funded my own trip to Italy at age 14, and have never been the same, since!

There is adventure 10 minutes from your home base, or 10 hours. It’s all in your attitude. As a 40 ++ year old,  I see the world with the same wonder and magic and am enjoying “new places!” (my favorite phrase) and dedicating the second half of my life to being a student of planet earth, and all of it’s nooks and crannies!
